bgbanana ships all orders from our US-based fulfillment warehouse. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Standard US delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Processing Time

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed the same business day or the following business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • United States: 3–5 business days standard delivery from US warehouse.
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days international delivery.
  • European Union: 7–14 business days international delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service. Free shipping promotions, when active, are announced on the homepage and in product listings.

Tracking & Carriers

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking links open in the carrier's tracking page.

  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail (via USPS International last-mile handover)

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. To start a return, email us at info@bgbanana.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send return instructions and a return address.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items
